Plan Your Stay at Kountry Resort Campground

Whether you’re joining us for a weekend getaway, a family vacation, or a seasonal stay, we make it easy to plan a visit that fits your needs and your budget. Below, you’ll find details on our site types, reservation process, and campground policies.

We offer affordable rates, flexible options, and a welcoming atmosphere for RVers, tent campers, and cabin guests alike.

Site Types & Base Rates

Please note: Rates may vary slightly based on date, holidays, number of guests, and site location. For the most accurate quote, please call the office.

RV Sites (Full & Partial Hook-Up)

  • Includes water, sewer, and electric (30/50 amp).

  • Picnic table and fire ring at each site.

  • Access to all campground amenities.
    Starting at: $52/night

Tent Sites

  • Grassy and shaded locations.

  • Fire ring and picnic table included.

  • Close to bathhouses and water access.
    Starting at: $35/night

Cabin Rentals

  • Basic and upgraded options available.

  • Sleeping accommodations for 4–8 people.

  • Some units include kitchenettes and bathrooms
    Starting at: $85/night

Cabin Rental Policies

  • First night stay required for any cabin rental booked within 30 days of arrival

  • Balance for all cabin rentals due 30 days prior to arrival

  • All rates are per night, 2-night minimum stay

  • Housekeeping not provided during stay; available for an additional fee

  • Long-term rentals available during off-season (Nov 1 – Mar 31)

  • Deluxe cabins have entrance steps and are not handicap accessible

RV & Camping

  • RV Parks: $52 per night (see full rates)

  • Monthly Rates:

    • $600 + electric (short-term workers)

    • $800 + electric (non-workers)

  • Seasonal & Annual Sites: Available — please call for details

  • Non-Member Seasonal Camping (April 1 – October 31): $2,650

Linen Rental Policy

  • $45 per set (sheets, towels, blankets)

  • Linens must be returned; damaged or missing items will be charged to your card on file

Banquet Hall Rental

  • Capacity: 150 people

  • Deposit required (no refund if canceled within 7 days)

  • Pool not included

  • Rates:

    • $200 (Mon–Thu)

    • $400 (Fri–Sat)

    • $300 (Sun)

  • Tables & chairs included

Pavilion Rental

  • Capacity: 120 people

  • Deposit required (no refund if canceled within 7 days)

  • Pool not included

  • $200 rental fee

  • Tables & chairs for 120 included

  • Electricity available

Golf Cart Rentals

4-Seater

  • $75 per day

  • $125 (2 days)

  • $165 (3 days)

  • $295 per week

8-Seater

  • $145 per day

  • $245 (2 days)

  • $325 (3 days)

  • $575 per week

Rental Policy:

  • Holidays require a 2-day rental

  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license

  • License holder must be listed on rental agreement

  • Golf carts cannot leave park or go on trails

  • Credit card required on file

Golf Cart Policy:

  • You may bring your own (must register & provide proof of insurance)

  • No ATVs, side-by-sides, or 4-wheelers permitted in park

Kayak / Paddle Boat Rentals

  • $20/hour + $5 deposit (Free for paying guests)

  • Wristbands required (purchase at office)

Indoor Pool

  • $13 per person (wristbands required, purchase at office)

  • Available Mon–Fri, Noon–6 PM

  • Includes Aqua Park access

Seasonal Passes

  • Family (Pool Only): $400

  • Family (Pool, Aqua Park & Fishing): $500

  • Single (Pool, Aqua Park & Fishing): $300

Private Pool Parties

  • Sun–Thu only

  • 15–25 people: $9.50 per person (pool remains open to public)

  • 26–50 people: $400 (pool closed for 4 hours)

  • Over 50 people: $8 per person

  • Reservation + $50 security deposit required

  • Deposit refunded if no damage occurs

  • Available only during seasonal operations

Pool & Aquapark Rules

  • No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.

  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

  • Life jackets required and provided by the park.

  • Proper swimwear required – no jeans, cutoffs, or metal hardware.

  • No diving, running, or rough play.

  • No glass, alcohol, or tobacco in pool or Aquapark areas.

  • No pets allowed in or near water attractions

Aqua Park & Water Access

  • Aqua Park: $10 per person (wristbands required)

  • Single pass to Aqua Park/Beach/Fish: $800

  • Family pass to Aqua Park/Beach/Fish: $1,200

  • Beach/Fishing/Aqua Park: $10 per person (4 & under free)

  • Beach Only: $5 per person

  • Wristbands required (purchase at food truck)

RV & Equipment Guidelines

  • Use a proper sewer connection and ensure all hoses are secured.
  • Do not use portable clotheslines or hang laundry outside your camper.
  • Satellite dishes and antennas must be mounted securely.
  • Keep all belongings within your site boundaries.

Restrictions

  • No Smoking

  • No Pets (service dogs must be certified and wear a vest)

Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds for early departure due to weather, rule violations, or changes of plans

How to Make a Reservation

We recommend booking early for peak season weekends and holidays. To reserve your site:

  1. Call the Office at (740) 992-6488
  2. Have your desired dates, number of guests, and site type ready
  3. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
  4. For events or group bookings, please call for custom coordination

At this time, we do not offer online booking. All reservations are made directly through our office to ensure personalized service and accuracy.
