Helping Everyone Enjoy a Safe, Peaceful Stay

At Kountry Resort Campground, we’re proud to offer a welcoming environment where families, couples, and friends can relax, connect, and enjoy the great outdoors. To make sure everyone has a great time, we ask all guests to follow these important rules and guidelines during their stay.

By respecting these policies, you help preserve the friendly, clean, and peaceful atmosphere we all love.

General Campground Rules

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior approval.
  • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
    Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise levels down during this time.
  • Speed Limit: 6 MPH throughout the campground
    Watch for children, pets, and golf carts at all times.
  • No parking: Allowed in empty Campsites / RV Sites

  • Cabin rentals: Are available to guests aged 21 and above.

  • Pets:
    • Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.
    • Please clean up after your pets.
    • No aggressive dogs.
    • Pets are not allowed in the pool, Aquapark, or buildings.
  • Trash:
    • Trash should be placed in designated bins or dumpsters.
    • Do not leave garbage or food outside overnight.

Site & Visitor Guidelines

Campfires:
  • Allowed in fire rings only.
  • Never leave fires unattended.
  • Be mindful of wind and fire bans during dry weather.
Visitors:

  • All visitors must check in at the office and wear a visitor wristband.

  • Day visitor fees may apply during events or peak weekends.

  • Visitors must leave by 11:00 PM unless staying overnight.

Golf Carts:

  • Rentals available to licensed drivers age 21+ with proof of insurance.

  • Personal carts allowed if registered with office.

  • Obey campground speed limit and no riding after dark without lights.

Alcohol & Behavior:

  • Alcohol is permitted at your site only.

  • Disorderly conduct, public intoxication, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • This is a family-friendly campground—please be respectful of your neighbors.

Pool & Aquapark Rules

  • No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.

  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

  • Life jackets required and provided by the park.

  • Proper swimwear required – no jeans, cutoffs, or metal hardware.

  • No diving, running, or rough play.

  • No glass, alcohol, or tobacco in pool or Aquapark areas.

  • No pets allowed in or near water attractions

RV & Equipment Guidelines

  • Use a proper sewer connection and ensure all hoses are secured.
  • Must use RV approved water hose
  • Do not use portable clotheslines or hang laundry outside your camper.
  • Satellite dishes and antennas must be mounted securely.
  • Keep all belongings within your site boundaries.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Prior to 14 days – full refund minus $20 booking fee
  • 7-14 days – 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days – no refund
  • Must give 7 day notice if reservation needs to be changed

Safety & Emergencies

  • In case of emergency, dial 911.

  • Report any issues to campground staff immediately.

  • Fire extinguishers and first aid supplies are located at the office.

  • Severe weather shelters and instructions are posted throughout the property.
